‘Most beautiful twins in the world’ pose with lookalike mum in nightwear ad

THE mum of the “most beautiful twins in the world” has posed alongside her girls in a new nightwear ad – despite being accused of “exploiting” their good looks.

Jaqi Clements – who is based in LA and Orange County – shared a snap of her two daughters in matching dressing gowns with their 1.8 million Instagram followers over the weekend.

In the snap twins Ava and Leah, 9, stand either side of their mum dressed in a pink monogrammed robe.

Captioning the snap, Jaqi wrote: “Loving our new personalized, super SOFT & COMFY matching robes from @leolive 💕

“They are the PERFECT Christmas present to give & to get! 🎁 Use our code: TWINS10 for a 10% discount on your purchase.”

While the image is not tagged as an advert, it is thought to be a sponsored post for the company with Jaqi being paid to share the content.

Jaqi previously came under fire from other parents who accused her of using her daughters to make money.

The girls’ mum first signed the twins up for modelling at just six months old, but it wasn’t until they reached Insta-fame that they were approached by brands.

Also signed up to agencies including LA Models, Eris Talent Agency and God & Beauty, the girls – who go by the name of @clementstwins on Instagram – have posed for a number of magazines including La Petite Magazine, Petite Adele clothing, VÉG-A-PORTÉR, and Airfish.

“This past year has been really fun and exciting for Ava and Leah,” Jaqi previously told BuzzFeed.

“Whether it be private shopping experiences, gifted merchandise from brands all over the world, or taking pictures with fans, the girls have had an amazing ride so far.”

While Leah and Ava receive a lot of attention from fans – including some who have dubbed them “the most beautiful girls in the world” – others have slammed Jaqi for “taking away their childhood”.

Despite the criticism, Jaqi claims the girls love modelling, but explains she finds it hard when people assume she’s making a lot of money from it.

“I presented my idea to the girls that if they were up for it, in addition to their dance classes and swim team practices they had every week, they could give modelling a try,” Jaqi wrote in 2017.

“I was not surprised at all when they started jumping up and down and couldn’t wait to begin.”

“[One] not so amazing thing about this new life are all of the expenses associated with it!” She later revealed.

“A lot of people assume parents are making money just because they see their kids working a lot. FALSE!

“I know in our case and probably in most cases the parents are putting out more money in order to support their kids.

“But I guess if you really put it all into perspective, the money we as parents put out now to support our kids in something they love doing, will allow them to make their own money they can use towards College or a car or a house in the future.

“So if you think about it, it’s really not so bad after all!”
