Kelly Clarkson claims Brandon Blackstock's company defrauded her out of millions

Kelly Clarkson has claimed her estranged husband defrauded her out of tens of millions of pounds.

The ‘Because of You’ hitmaker filed legal documents with the California Labour Fee in October in which she alleged Brandon Blackstock and his father Narvel’s business, Starstruck Management, had charged her outlandish fees in the course of her 13 many years with the company.

It was previously documented that the ‘Voice’ coach was countersuing the firm and had alleged they experienced violated the California Labour Code because they were not adequately accredited when “procuring, offering, promising, or making an attempt to procure work or engagements.”

Kelly also claimed the company violated the Talent Companies Act a number of times and argued all agreements ought to be “declared void and unenforceable,” including a verbal agreement that needs 15 p.c commission on her gross earnings.
