Community leaders in Kansas City celebrated the generation of an LGBTQ fee, the first of its kind in Missouri.

Speaking from the rooftop of the Nationwide WWI Museum and Memorial, neighborhood organizer Justice Horn reported the commission’s launch was a “historic step.”
