A coalition representing ethnic minorities in China is again accusing the Intercontinental Olympic Committee of disregarding common human legal rights abuses as the place prepares to keep the 2022 Wintertime Olympics in Beijing.

Rights groups talking for Tibetans, Uighurs and some others representing Hong Kong have sent an open up letter to IOC President Thomas Bach and IOC member Juan Antonio Samaranch Jr., who oversees preparations for the Beijing Video games.
