Plans lodged for 140-home development

Options have been lodged for a growth of much more than 140 houses in South Yorkshire.

Avant Houses, supported by setting up and structure consultancy Barton Willmore, has submitted plans to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for 144 two, a few, four and five-bed room spouse and children properties at Waverley.

It follows Avant Homes’ acquisition of 12.8-acres of land from Harworth Group earlier this week.
