France to reopen border to citizens, truck motorists with unfavorable COVID-19 assessments

Dec. 22 (UPI) — France stated Tuesday it will reopen its border with Britain but only to its individual citizens and industrial drivers who can supply a latest damaging coronavirus test.

The move will come immediately after France still left nearly 3,000 industrial cars stranded at the border involving Dover in Britain and Calais in France for fear of spreading a new variant of COVID-19.
