Broadway Grand Rapids is reopening in September 2021 with 5 demonstrates prepared and the return of ‘Hamilton’

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Broadway Grand Rapids (BGR) has declared new overall performance dates for its planned reopening in September 2021.

The five-show year initially scheduled in the 2020-2021 period will shift to the 2021-2022 period and “Hamilton’’ will return for two months in February.

“We are ecstatic that the five reveals initially scheduled for this time will nevertheless be coming to Grand Rapids,” reported BGR Govt Director Mike Lloyd in a Dec. 18 push launch.

“The return of Hamilton is the icing on the cake. We glance forward to the curtain growing all over again and sharing the knowledge of dwell theater jointly.”

Reveals have been canceled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Ain’t Far too Very pleased – The Lifestyle and Occasions of the Temptations — March 29 – April 3, 2022
  • Dear Evan Hansen — Could 3-8, 2022
  • Necessarily mean Women — June 21-26, 2022

As formerly announced, a one-evening general performance of “Manheim Steamroller Christmas” was rescheduled to November 29, 2021.

Season ticket holders will automatically acquire access to the new general performance dates and might incorporate Hamilton to their period deal by logging in to their Ticketmaster account.
