Palm Seashore County to seeks to end unlawful lake west of Boynton

Palm Seashore County is seeking to just take a trio of waterski enthusiasts to court docket.

Mayor Dave Kerner announced Tuesday that County Attorney Denise Nieman “required to go ahead with” any lawful action that would prohibit companions of West Boynton Ranches Holdings from continuing to illegally assemble a constructing and waterski lake on farmland west of Boynton Beach.

“We’re having it pretty critically,” Nieman advised The Palm Beach front Post. “We are checking out our choices, which include an injunction, and we are getting every thing collectively to go after that action.”

It’s not likely that anything would be filed in circuit courtroom before the conclude of the yr, she said. The case is also staying introduced in advance of a county magistrate in January.
